The abs are probably one of the body parts that most people are not satisfied with. Interestingly, a bigger belly doesn’t necessarily mean it is all fat. Oftentimes, there are other reasons behind this:
- poor body posture
- too little movement –> sedentary lifestyle
- fast on-the-go eating
- chewing gum
- drinking soda
- mindless eating due to distraction
- wrong breathing techniques
- eating processed foods and other foods that cause inflammation
- lack of fiber
- food allergies etc.
