The relationship between positive thinking, stress-management, and performance

Good morning and happy Tuesday! 
I hope you had a great start in the new week and took some time for yourself to relax, do something that makes you happy, and calms you down.

For me, life is busy but exciting. The big international event, of which I am part of the organizing team, starts next week. We have reached the home straight, so the pace has doubled now.

HOWEVER, (although it’s truly challenging) I am still taking time off every day to exercise, eat every 2-3 hours, and drink plenty of green tea and water. How else would I stay productive and get through these days? 

Don’t ever underestimate the power of positive thinking, healthy eating, and exercising. Mindfulness and being present is key in times of increased performance and the management of stress.

Again, let’s be good to ourselves today.
