This is a really great book about meditation for beginners and meditation-skeptics, with great and easy steps that show you how to take 10-minutes to get some head space everyday, anywhere, anytime.
It’s written by Andy Puddicombe, a former Buddhist monk and self proclaimed “meditation mistake maker.” Funny and written in a very cool metaphorical way — great read.
Especially in times of change, increased stress, and when facing challenges: don’t forget to get some head space
